Meets are generally held every other week starting in late January. Most of them are in the Phoenix area. There is a meet in Flagstaff on President's weekend in February (don't worry it's indoors).
If a runner or relay team qualifies for Regionals, they may run in Colorado, Texas, or New Mexico. The 2023 Track and Field Regional meet location is tentatively scheduled in Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 1-2,
If a runner or relay team qualifies for Nationals, they may run in such places as California or Florida which is where Nationals were held the last two years. The 2023 Track and Field National meet is at the University of Oregon from July 24-30.
For the Cross Country season, if you run in the state meet your automatically qualified for Regionals in Cross Country. The 2023 Cross Country Regionals will be held in Arizona. Distance University will be hosting the meet at a location to be determined. The 2023 Cross Country National meet location has yet to be determined.
